Started by long-time anti-gambling advocate Libby Mitchell, GAG’s intentions are pretty clear. She describes the group as “an international network of people who share their gambling insights, knowledge, skills, news, campaign history, events plans, research findings, ideas, initiatives and problem gambling resources to ensure that gambling environments and products are made much safer for consumer use in all countries where gambling harms occur.”
Although it has only been active for a short while, GAG has attracted some attention and can count some well-known figures of the anti-gambling community among its membership, including Gabi Byrne, Paul Bendat and Tim Falkiner.
If you have an interest in problem gambling and the harm it can cause (and let’s face it, that’s what my blog is about!), then you should check out GAG.

Thanks for the plug cyenne! The more we can all talk and speak our minds across the world together, the better will be the outcome for everyone! Libby Mitchell xo
